To install the software without a CD/DVD drive, you can try these options:
Use an external USB CD/DVD drive to install from the CD.
Check if the software manufacturer provides a downloadable version of PrintMaster Gold. If so, you can download the software from their official website using your new laptop and proceed with the installation.
If you have access to another computer with a CD/DVD drive, you can create a copy of the CD on a USB drive and use that to install the software on your new laptop.
Contact the software manufacturer's support team for further assistance or alternative installation methods if available.
No, this version that you have is not and will never be compatible with Windows 10. According to various compatibility info, PrintMaster Gold 12 is developed to run on the following versions of Windows: Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows 95. As you can see this version that you have is very old and doesn't have support for Windows 10.
There is another version of PrintMaster released on Broderbund website that is compatible with the latest versions of Windows. You can obtain additional information through the following link: http://www.broderbund.com/p-860-printmaster-v7-platinum.aspx
Printmaster 17 won't run in Windows 7 environment because of compatibility issues. The easiest approach to the problem is to use the Compatibility mode which is available in Windows 7.
Right click on the setup/executable then go to Properties> Compatibility tab and from the drop-down menu choose Windows XP Service Pack 3 / 2 / 1 and see if it works.
Another solution for you is to update the software to version 18.1 which has support for Windows 7 operating system. The manufacturer specified exactly that this update should make the software compatible with the Windows 7 environment.
I have PrintMaster Deluxe, but I can't use it on Windows 7. Are there any downloads to make it work on Windows 7?

The application will never work in Windows 7 because it was fist released for Windows 95. Windows 95 applications are incompatible with Windows 7's core kernel and file system. You can either install Windows XP in a virtual machine while using VirtualBox or buy the new version that works with Windows 7 and newer versions of Windows.
I downloaded PrintMaster Gold onto my MacBook through App store. I am having trouble finding out how to print my TXT or images on more than one single page. For example if I type happy it will print out on one page only no matter how big I make the TXT size.

This is a setting that needs to be adjusted in the Print menu. According to the PDF manuals available on the Internet, you don';t have to change anything in the application's settings because the printing preferences needs to be changed. Most likely the printer is set to fit to print. Disable this option and you will have the possibility to print an image on multiple pages.
Officially, PrintMaster Gold does not have support for Windows 7 because it was designed for Windows Vista and Windows XP. You could try Windows XP Mode to install XP inside Windows 7 and run the application as if it were in a XP environment. You will have more chances to make the program work this way instead of adjusting some compatibility settings available in the setup package.
Will this run on Windows 10? If so how does one update it?

No, the application won't run on Windows 10 because it's old and didn't receive any new updates to this date. You will need another application if you want to run it on Windows 10. Luckily, there are plenty of these on the Broderbund website.
I have an extensive mail list we use for all of the holidays. Will it and the graphics I have used on the labels all be compatible and work? Thanks in advance for answering my question. I was running Windows xp and have switched to a different computer running Windows 8.

Yes, the PrintMaster 17 is backwards compatible with files created in the PrintMaster 12 application. There is a post on the Encore forums where all the versions regarding compatibility are explained. You just need to make sure that the file is indeed created with Printmaster 12 and not lower than PrintMaster 7.
